"I loved to eat like almost all the KFC's menu,no matter which outlet,and places.For me the Plaza Merdeka outlet is not too busy than other places(as busy as Satok/Vivacity/Tabuan Jaya) it is depending on peak hours,and sometimes customer not realize there was a kiosk for self service.Why not we try it out and even faster than queue up.After that just wait for them to prepare.Nowsday i can see some customer with good attidude like after they finish eating,they will clear the table themselves.The staff are good and attentive.I feel comfortable having my meals and got many spacious seating area.Even though the price has increase but i think people still can afford it."
